Its' colleague, the
Logger-head Sea Turtle,
accompanies him as they catch a wave
together and escape, with a Presidential
Pardon.

Dolphin is holding the chain to a solid
bronze plaque that is engraved with the
title of the sculpture, Presidential
Pardon
This sculpture would be fitting
